Neeta Borkar I Founder
is a design strategist who takes an idea from its first scribble to something people can see, hold, use and remember.
With over 35 years of experience delivering successful projects across India, the UAE, the UK, the US and Nigeria, she brings together strategic thinking, creativity and hands-on execution.
Her work sits at the meeting point of concept and making: defining brand stories, creating identities, developing products and designing packaging that earns its place on the shelf. Whether a new brand is finding its voice or an established one needs a sharper point of view, Neeta brings strategic clarity, creative curiosity and a practical understanding of how ideas become real.
Through Incarnate, she offers end-to-end design support—from brand creation and revamps to product, packaging and structural design—taking projects from insight and concept through to execution.
Her career includes building a 40-person design studio, serving as Senior Consultant–Design at Pidilite Industries, and working with businesses ranging from global FMCG companies to early-stage start-ups. Her experience spans personal care, beauty, cosmetics, food, retail, adhesives, technology, artisan-led enterprises and social impact.
From running a handmade-paper enterprise that created livelihoods for underprivileged communities to working with artisan groups on sustainable development, Neeta has always believed that design can create value beyond commerce. From 2023, she led Brand and Communication Strategy for Agatsu Foundation and now serves on its Advisory Board.
For Neeta, design is where clarity meets craft: a way of paying attention to people, materials, context and the small details that make an idea feel right
